In the immortal words of Stephen Colbert, England’s greatest gift to the world is America. Therefore, today at Inspired Selection HQ, we decided why not celebrate America’s 238th Birthday and our very own native Texan and American with a lush breakfast spread and tasty baked goods (and well, it’s just another good reason to have loads of treats on a Friday!)
We began with breakfast and then quickly moved on to cake for elevenses – we think there may be a celebratory lunch in there as well…
